How much are application fees for international students?
The following application fees apply to international students only. If you are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or landed immigrant, please see the information on application fees for Canadian students.
Applying to only the University of Guelph
If you are an international student seeking an application form to an undergraduate program, you can apply online here. If you wish to receive a PDF version of the application form please send an e-mail message to email@example.com.
A non-refundable application processing fee of $70.00 Canadian dollars must be submitted with the University of Guelph application form.
If you are attending or have attended a college or a university we consider you an Advanced Standing/Transfer applicant. Transfer applicants will also be required to pay a non-refundable evaluation fee of $70.00 Canadian dollars for a total of $140 Canadian dollars. International money-order, certified cheque, Visa or Master Card will be accepted.
If you pay by Visa or Master Card the fees will be charged in Canadian dollars.
Applying to the University of Guelph and other Ontario universities
If you are applying to other Ontario universities as well as the University of Guelph, or are a Canadian applying from outside Canada, you can apply online at www.ouac.on.ca.
The Ontario Universities' Application Centre charges a $135.00 Canadian dollar non-refundable application processing fee for three university choices. Each additional university application is $44.00 Canadian dollars. If you are attending or have attended a university or a college you are an Advanced Standing/Transfer applicant, and are also required to pay a $70.00 Canadian dollar non-refundable evaluation fee.
Print versions of the Ontario Universities' Application Centre application forms will NOT be mailed from the University of Guelph.
