How do I apply to graduate?

Graduate Students

Every candidate for an advanced degree is responsible for submitting an application to graduate.
Information on this process and links to applicable forms can be found at https://www.uoguelph.ca/graduatestudies/current/completion/graduation

Undergraduate Students

Submitting an Application for Graduation on WebAdvisor

  1. Select Program: Click the check box beside the program for which you wish to apply to graduate.

    Note

    If your current program is not listed it could be because you have not had it changed officially or the change has not been processed yet. Please follow the instructions on the screen.

  2. Submit: Click the Submit button to access the application for graduation form.
  3. Remember to Logout when you are done by clicking the "Logout" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Reviewing an Application for Graduation you have already Submitted

  1. Select Program: Click the check box beside the program for which you have already submitted an application for graduation.
  2. Submit: Click the Submit button to access the application for graduation review form.
  3. Remember to Logout when you are done by clicking the "Logout" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
