Best Response - Do Guelph students have a health or dental plan?

Student Health and Dental Plans

All full-time or part-time undergraduate students and all full-time graduate students are automatically enrolled in the student health and dental plans and will be charged the annual fee indicated on the Student Financial Services website. Student plans may be combined with other plans to provide 100% coverage.

Students covered by an equivalent dental plan can opt out of the plan by submitting an online opt-out form by the posted deadline. Students will need to provide proof of alternate coverage.

Family coverage is available for spouses (including common-law and same-sex partners) and dependent children under the age of 21 (or age 25 if in full-time attendance of school). Students can add family coverage by submitting an online family add-on form by the posted deadline.
