How do I check my application status on WebAdvisor?
The "My Admission Status" screen can only be accessed by the following applicants;
- External applicants who have applied for admission using an Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) 105 form
- International U of G Applicants
- Internal University of Guelph applicants
- University of Guelph undergraduate students who have applied to University of Guelph graduate programs
The "Admission Status" page lists all the user's current and previous applications. The program to which the application was submitted is indicated under the "Academic Program" heading. The date on which the application was received is also indicated, as well as the intended start term. The status of the application is indicated under the heading "Status." The most common status indicators are:
- AA = Offer of admission accepted by student
- ADE = Admitted early
- ADM = Admitted
- APPL = Application received
- COMM = Application under consideration by committee
- HOLD = Application on Hold
- REFEX = Application refused
- Go to WebAdvisor and click on the "Access WebAdvisor" button.
- Log in with your central login user ID and password.
- Click on "Applicants" in the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Click on "Admission Status."
- Remember to log out when you are done by clicking the "Sign out" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
